Whether it is our drivers, counter staff, order desk staff, or our outside sales staff, customer service is the foundation of our company and our staff understands this. Early Bird Philosophy

We know the workday starts before 8:00 am for many of you. That is why we are open for business prior to 8:00 am to get you taken care of. Whether you need to call an order in so that we can have it delivered out to you that morning or want to come in and pick up what you need on the way to the job site, we are ready to make your job easier.

We Protect Your Account

It is so easy these days for anyone to charge fraudulent purchases to a charge account if the proper safeguards are not in place. We take this very seriously — which is why we require that all purchases made on an account, that are picked up over our counter, need to have photo identification produced. This way we can document who is picking up the goods. Any large and/or expensive orders (i.e., power tools, shop equipment) being picked up and charged to an account, get verified by our management team (by making a call to the account that is being charged), in order to ensure that the purchase is authorized.
